Once Judgment has been obtained, there are various methods of enforcement available to you in order to extract the monies due from your debtor. These methods are as follows.
- County Court Bailiffs (debts below £600.00)
- High Court Enforcement Officers (debts £600+)
- Third Party Debt Order (i.e., freezing monies in debtor's bank account)
- Attachment of Earnings Order (i.e., ordering debtor's employer to pay payments directly to you from debtor's salary)
- Charging Order (on debtor's property)
