Our Business Recovery and Insolvency Team is led by Helen Tudball who has been consistently recognised as a leading specialist in the Law firm Directory, The Legal 500, and in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession in this area of law. She advises on recovery solutions for businesses, creditors and other stakeholders and has particular expertise in all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency including working with Insolvency Practitioners. She has acted for a wide variety of clients including banks and government departments, and can therefore draw on a wealth of experience to assist clients in difficulty.
Helen is a member of the regional R3 Women's
Committee (the professional body for Insolvency Practitioners). She
also delivers bespoke training to clients and other bodies and writes
regularly for business publications.
