Harding Evans boasts a team of
3 employment lawyers and delivers specialist employment advice to
some of the largest organisations in South Wales. Collectively the
team has expertise covering the full spectrum of employment issues

A mark of its success was the winning of the prestigious
and exclusive Legal Services Commission contract and Community Legal
Service quality mark to provide specialist employment law advice
and support to Citizens Advice Bureaux, the Disability Rights Commission,
Racial Equality Commission, Equal Opportunities Commission and other
providers of legal services in the Gwent and Dyfed Powys areas.
The team has also developed an excellent
reputation in the Gwent market for delivery of seminars and has
in place a comprehensive seminar and training programme. Whilst
continuing to assist applicants, the department is rapidly expanding
its employer client base, and is winning over significant employers
in the region.
Dan has significant experience in advising employers in both the public and private sectors on all aspects of employment law, to include dealing with substantial discrimination claims, major restructuring of companies and industrial action. Dan has substantial experience in dealing with high level terminations for both employers and senior executives. Dan also delivers tailored and bespoke training to clients and speaks to a variety of external bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Employment Lawyers Association.
