experts for commercial litigation. His many successes include
a dispute against Millennium Stadium plc by a furniture manufacturer,
disputes in relation to industrial estates, dilapidations
claims, pensions mis-selling and significant boundary disputes
- one such dispute being a successful defence allowing our
clients to develop their affected land for £5 million.
Pauline has a wealth of experience and is
a former senior litigator for British Rail. She has successfully
won may high profile cases including winning an award of damages
from the Chancery Division of the High Court of over £1
million inclusive of interest in a case which she was able
to prove that the directors had defrauded shareholders.
Ben is based in the
Dispute Resolution Department and deals with a range of matters
including consumer contracts, housing disrepair, debt,
landlord/tenant and insolvency.
