InHouse
is the Residential Property Division of Harding Evans. We have an
unrivalled knowledge of properties in the area and strong links with
the local market.
We are committed to delivering a professional, efficient and friendly
service in an increasingly busy and stressful market place. Once
instructed as your solicitors we will guide you through all the
legal documentation in “no nonsense” language and provide
assistance at every stage of the transaction.
We will also provide you with a unique reference to allow you to
access information on your case via the internet. The service makes
use of modern technology called “web data”. It allows
clients to access details regarding the progress of their sale or
purchase via the internet and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. Details of your case can be seen through a series of key
stages and dates of completion for each stage. All details are 100%
accurate as all information is supplied directly from Harding Evans’
case management system as it is updated.
We recognise the need for cost effectiveness and are happy to quote
fixed price services for the majority of residential matters and
will provide a written quotation in the first instance free of charge.
Even if you are at the preliminary stage of moving, please contact
us for free advice on the moving process.
If you are taking out a mortgage your lender will require a solicitor
from their panel to be appointed to carry out the legal work for
them. We are panel members for all major and most minor mortgage
lenders and are regularly audited to ensure our service is of the
highest standard.
