Our Wills & Probate department handles probate and trust work for a significant private client base and has developed an excellent reputation in this area.

As well as advising clients in connection with their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, the Wills & Probate Department can also act on your behalf in administering estates after a person has died and in making applications to the Court of Protection where a person loses the ability to manage their affairs and has not granted a Lasting Power of Attorney. In addition, the Department can also advise you on any applicable inheritance tax saving measures that might be available to you.
