Harding Evans are delighted to continue their association with the Leading Wales Awards as Consortium Members.
Joy Phillips, Practice Director at Harding Evans who has been a Leading Wales Awards Consortium Member since its inception 5 years ago, explained why Harding Evans were still keen supporters of the awards and what they represent “Like all successful organisations, we at Harding Evans appreciate that our own success has been down to a number of factors. A solid client base, a good reputation for excellent service delivery, and talented and committed staff have all played their part but in the difficult trading conditions that all businesses have experienced in the most recent past, it is has been strong and focused leadership that has kept the business on the right track. Often, we take good leadership for granted but through our own business experiences and our involvement with the Leading Wales Awards we appreciate that good leaders can make a real difference not only to our own organisations but to the wider community”.
