- If you are charged or summoned by the police with any offence we will be able to represent you at court without charge if eligible for legal aid or, otherwise, at competitive rates. Remember, that eligibility for legal aid depends on the nature of the case rather than how much you earn or how much you have saved.
- If you or your organisation is being prosecuted by a local authority or government agency for regulatory offences (such as breaches of food hygiene regulations, planning law offences, trades description offences, vehicle overloading) we have the expertise to help you at competitive rates and, if you are an individual, you may be eligible for free legal aid.
- If you or your organisation is prosecuted for offences, which lead to proceedings in the Crown Court, we are able to assist you in the preparation of your case and to instruct and work with specialised barristers who will represent you in the proceedings. If you are an individual you may be eligible for legal aid.
