You dont have to actually have driven a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of drink or drugs to be charged with an offence.

There are all kinds of situation whereby the Prosecution will attempt to put forward a case that you were in charge of a motor vehicle whist under the influence and had the requisite intention to drive. The defence I had no intention to drive! is one that is certainly available to you but could you appropriately represent yourself in court? It will be up to you and nobody else to prove this.

This is where our experience advocates can assist. Disqualification in these type of cases is discretionary but the 10 points on your licence will not we assume be welcomed news.
